Terms of Service

1. Scope — These terms apply to guests and hosts using Nofy Homes.

2. Platform role — Nofy Homes is a marketplace connecting guests and hosts. We are not the accommodation provider unless explicitly stated.

3. Bookings — Guests and hosts agree to honour confirmed bookings, house rules, and applicable cancellation policies.

4. Payments — Guests pay hosts directly according to the payment instructions shown at booking. Host subscriptions are billed separately via Mollie.

5. Content — Hosts must provide accurate listing information. Guests must use properties respectfully.

6. Liability — To the extent permitted by law, Nofy Homes is not liable for acts or omissions of hosts or guests.

7. Changes — We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
